Clockspire is an offline, single-player game. It has no accounts, no ads, and no analytics or tracking tools, and the game itself does not connect to the internet. The developer does not collect any personal data from the app.
Your progress, saved runs, badges, journal pages and settings are stored only on your device. Depending on your device settings, they may be included in your iCloud or computer backups. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Purchases (including any future in-app purchase) and refunds are handled by Apple; the developer never receives your payment details. The "rate this game" prompt uses Apple's system dialog. Sales summaries Apple provides to developers, and crash or diagnostic data you choose to share with developers in your device settings, are handled under Apple's terms and privacy policy.
Share cards (badge and run images) are created on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose a destination in the iOS share sheet; after that, the service you choose handles the image under its own policy.
The "I want it! Nudge the dev" button opens your own mail app. If you send an email, the developer uses your email address and message only to reply and to fix problems, and deletes them within about 12 months after the matter is closed, unless the law requires keeping them longer. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive information.
The server hosting these pages may record technical logs such as IP addresses for delivery and security. These logs are not linked to the game.
The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game collects none from anyone.
You can ask to access, correct or delete emails you have sent by writing to orabon28@gmail.com; requests are handled under applicable law. Important changes to this policy will be posted on this page or in update notes.

Clockspire はオフラインで遊ぶ一人用ゲームです。アカウント、広告、解析・追跡ツールはなく、ゲーム自体はインターネットに接続しません。開発者はアプリを通じて個人情報を一切収集しません。
進行状況、セーブデータ、バッジ、日誌ページ、設定はお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。端末の設定により、iCloud またはコンピュータのバックアップに含まれる場合があります。アプリを削除するとこれらのデータも削除されます。

「遊びたい！開発者を催促」ボタンは、お使いのメールアプリを開きます。メールをいただいた場合、返信と問題解決のためにのみメールアドレスと内容を使用し、対応終了後おおむね12か月以内に削除します（法令上保存が必要な場合を除く）。パスワードなどの機密情報は送らないでください。
本ページの配信サーバーは、配信とセキュリティのために IP アドレス等のログを記録する場合があります。ゲームとは結び付けません。
開発者は子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集しません。本ゲームは誰の情報も収集しません。
